I switch over to Reliance after suffering from BSNL but all fruitless. My reliance phone is dead for long past, I have complained from highest to lowest level but every time Reliance officer says it will be OK within next 5 Days, but nothing happens. Yesterday I visited Reliance web world and came to know from officer on duty that there are no more instruments in the stock at all india level to replace the defected and nonworking phone and assured me of earliest action whenever reliance will import or purchase phone instruments after an indefinite period of time. When my Reliance phone was new and working I Advised thousands of peoples to switch over to reliance for better service, Today I am Very ashamed of such an bitter Advice, I will again and again ask those peoples to forgive me for such a short sighted Act. I will request those peoples to hand over (Surrender) their Reliane Phones to reliance as early as possible and switch over to another sevice provider to whom they think better before your phone becomes DEAD.
